Ahli Moore is a Human Performance expert with over 15 years of
organizational development experience.
Since 1993, Ahli has worked with senior executives, training organizations, and human resource departments to increase
employee performance and organization efficiency across a multitude of industries. He has consulted for several Fortune
500 companies to develop customized performance management programs.
Ahli is an acknowledged speaker, consultant, and trainer in organizational design, employee training, performance support,
corporate communication, succession planning, and user acceptance/readiness.
A graduate of Florida State University, Ahli holds a Master's of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in
Information Technologies. As an undergraduate, Ahli served on numerous boards including the Student Affairs Advisory Board
and as the President of the Black Student Union. As an alumnus, Ahli still holds a position on the FSU College of
Communications Advisory Board.
Ahli is also a current member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives and a member of the Society of Human Resource
Management. As a lifetime member of a social/service fraternity, Ahli is highly involved with local community improvement
efforts. He has several years of experience mentoring at-risk teenagers and has participated in both the Upward Bound and
Outward Bound programs.
Ahli joined Giant Leap Consulting after spending a decade with Accenture, the world's premier management and technology
consulting firm. From Change Management to total Human Performance, Ahli led teams on some of Accenture’s most prominent
accounts, including Mobil/Exxon, BellSouth, and Computer Associates to name a few. During his time at Accenture, Ahli
also served as the president of Accenture’s Atlanta-based AAIM (African Americans in Motion), a group whose focus was
the retention and support of minority employees in Corporate America.
