G. William (Bill) Quarterman is an associate of Giant Leap Consulting who has been involved with private counseling, consultation and corporate
team building for more than 15 years. Bill has a passion to help others overcome communication barriers that exist in
conflicting behavioral patterns and to value differences.
As a consultant, Bill has coached and facilitated numerous training programs, workshops and seminars. Past clients have
included Hanes, Ford Motor Company, Milliken, Coats America, Delta, University of GA- School of Business, Department of
Family and Child Services, and Adult and Youth Leadership organizations. He has been an EAP with Federal, State and Local Agencies.
Bill’s area of influence includes working in Teams, Handling Conflict, Communicating, Supporting and Influencing Others,
Stress Management, and Leadership Patterns.
He is certified to administer several assessment instruments that promote
understanding of personality and behavioral styles in work, social and family settings.
As an LPC, Bill sits on the Composite Board for the State of Georgia. He holds double masters in Education and Psychology,
and a Doctorate from the University of Georgia in Counseling and Student Personnel Services. He is presently the Director of
the Counseling-Psychology Department at Toccoa Falls College.
Bill resides in the foothills of Northeast Georgia, where he pursues outdoor interests with his wife and two boys.
